Time in the corporate world after University led to me living in London. Here I was introduced to the coaching world where I spent 2 years working with Shirlaws and supporting their head coach with personal and business coaching for HSBC and several smaller family start up businesses. Returning to Australia I co-founded a communication coaching business, supporting people to find the best in themselves and excel in all areas of their lives. A one person business can be a lonely place. From here I was to join a Small Family Start Up wholesale business.
My support through my specific role as well as with the owners (in a coaching space) provided endless experiences and personal development. My successes have shown me that coaching is where I excel and where my passion lies and that has brought me to the latest role of Head of Programme for the Significant Advice Network.
