Paul has been coaching businesses and business leaders across Australia and New Zealand for 25 years. By using powerful yet simple frameworks that are useful and can be immediately applied; Paul’s passion is creating space for businesses and individuals to grow both commercially and culturally. Paul will challenge and at times create tension to support the desired change that an individual or business has identified.

Scott founded the Fitzpatrick Group in 1987 and is regarded as one of the change agents who introduced genuine professional, fee for service advice. Scott is in high demand with other professional advisers and firms to train them in advice and client management leading to the growth of which Fitzpatricks Private Wealth now consists of 20 offices throughout Australia.
Supporting people to choose the life they want, communicate successfully across family and business, and achieve success is what I love doing.
Following university, I spent 15 years working with the Shell Company of Australia in their Graduate Program. My roles involved moves to Wagga Wagga, where I worked with large regional and family businesses; Melbourne, where I spent time at the head office; and Sydney, where I served as National Retail Property Manager for the last four years. In this role, I worked with a fabulous team of professionals to develop and maintain Shell’s leading position within the Australian retail market.
Living in London introduced me to the coaching world, where I spent two years working with Shirlaws. I supported their head coach with personal and business coaching for HSBC and several smaller family startup businesses. Returning to Australia, I co-founded a communication coaching business. Several NSW Government-backed coaching and training programs gave me the experience of running a startup business while doing what I love most: supporting people to find the best in themselves and excel in all areas of their lives. A one-person business can be a lonely place, so from here, I joined a small family startup wholesale business. Starting with just three staff and working from the downstairs study, ten years later, that business has grown to 60 staff, six retail facilities, manufacturing, and a wholesale business three times the original size. My support through my specific role, as well as coaching the owners, contributed to this success and provided endless, mostly challenging, experiences.
My successes have shown me that coaching is where I excel and where my passion lies. This realization has led me to my latest role as Head of Programme for the Significant Advice Network, a group of successful business people seeking to support the intergenerational wealth transfer predicted in Australia over the next 25 years.
