Scott Fitzpatrick

CEO

Scott Fitzpatrick is a pioneer of client-first advice and the founder of the Significant Adviser Network (SAN), Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary network for advisers at the forefront of advice to significant families and individuals.

In 1987, Scott co-founded Fitzpatricks Private Wealth and helped lead the industry’s shift to professional, fee-for-service advice – a model once considered impossible that is now an industry standard. Under his leadership, the firm grew to 25 offices, 110 advisers and $5B under care.

Today, through SAN, Scott equips advisers and companies with the frameworks, strategies, and peer network to thrive through disruption.

With experience in corporate London, coaching with HSBC and startups, and co-founding a communications business in Australia, Carolyn brings deep expertise in coaching and facilitation. At SAN, she leads program design and delivery, ensuring every adviser is supported to grow their skills and navigate the intergenerational wealth transfer shaping the next 25 years.
